Your host who is a qualified lifeguard will be on hand for all swims to ensure your safety is paramount.
Sample Daily Itinerary
7.30am – Wake up with a herbal tea
8.00am–9.00am – Morning swim from our waterside property
9.30am – Breakfast served at our retreat house
10.30am-12.00pm – Coastal walk to new beaches or coves
1pm – Lunch served at our beautiful retreat house
3pm – Activity scheduled, Gong Bath, Yoga
5pm – Sunset sea swim or a time to relax back at the house
7.15pm – Delicious feast served
10pm – Bedtime
